Elle Boyd, Founder & Executive Director
Strategic Vision & Systems Design
Elle Boyd is a systems designer and community planner who studies how everyday barriers become permanent ones. She founded Pattern Breaker M.O.M. after years of working in engineering, planning, and community development and seeing how disconnected systems often create more instability than they solve.
Her work is driven by a simple question: what would happen if public systems were designed with the same logic, empathy, and efficiency we expect in any other field?
Elle’s approach blends technical knowledge with lived understanding. She brings the precision of an engineer, the lens of a planner, and the instincts of a mother who has had to navigate the gaps herself.

Mr. Hill is an essential partner in scaling Pattern Breaker M.O.M.'s impact. As a soon-to-be B.A. graduate in Business, his expertise focuses on optimizing operational frameworks. He ensures that complex systems and strategic goals are translated into clear, simple, and tangible tactical plans that are efficient, scalable, and directly benefit the families we serve.

With a strong background as an Account Manager specializing in Marketing, she provides rigorous fiscal oversight, ensuring all resources are leveraged for sustainable growth and maximum program impact. Her focus is on ethical, long-term financial health to secure the future of our mission.
